company overview
Swivel is the agentic execution layer for modern ad operations. We connect the sell side tech stack, align to operator goals, and execute decisions across platforms with speed and precision. As campaigns and complexity scale faster than teams can, Swivel gives operators leverage by turning their rules, logic, and strategy into continuous, accurate execution.
Teams stay fully in control. Swivel handles the repetitive, time-sensitive work that slows operators down, so they can focus on higher-value strategy and experimentation. The result: faster launches, cleaner operations, stronger performance, and revenue that grows without increasing headcount.
We’re building the future of ad ops: a connected, governed operating layer where strategy becomes action and teams can move with clarity, speed, and confidence.
Role Summary
Swivel is currently hiring for an UK/EU-based Enterprise Sales Director reporting to the Co-Founder & President.
This role will be the company’s first dedicated sales hire to lead our European expansion in streaming platforms, connected TV publishers, and other advanced media owners.
This is a quota-carrying, senior IC role. You’ll own the full cycle from outbound prospecting to exec alignment to commercial negotiation. You’ll partner closely with leadership, product, and marketing to shape our vertical strategy, test new narratives, and turn early wins into repeatable growth. We're looking for someone who’s sold software into media companies and knows how to translate operational pain into enterprise SaaS revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own net-new revenue from streaming/CTV publishers, large media companies, and retail media networks
Sell a high-ROI SaaS platform focused on automation, AI-driven orchestration, and operational efficiency
Navigate complex orgs — from ad sales to ad ops to data science to C-level
Build custom value stories using automation benchmarks, usage metrics, and revenue lift projections
Manage multi-month sales cycles and close deals ranging from $350K to $1M+ ACV
Partner with product and GTM to shape our strategy in the CTV/streaming ecosystem
Create repeatable sales motions, customer references, and use case frameworks
Serve as the face of Swivel in a critical vertical — with a clear path to leadership as we scale
You’re a rare mix: part storyteller, part builder, part systems thinker. You can write a killer one-liner and wire up the APIs and customized AI tools to measure impact. You’re not afraid to go deep — into the pitch or the platform.
8–12 years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in martech, adtech, or workflow automation
Experience selling into publishers or media owners (streaming, CTV, digital media platforms, retail media)
Proven success managing 6–12 month deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong command of ROI selling — you can tie platform capabilities to revenue and cost outcomes
Familiarity with adtech stack elements (SSPs, ad servers, analytics) and their operational bottlenecks
Confidence working with operational and technical buyers: ad ops, product, yield, engineering, data
A builder’s mindset — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to shape process, not follow it
A strong communicator who knows how to ask sharp questions, listen for real pain, and drive urgency
Experience with AI/ML platforms or workflow automation
Know how to use the latest AI-based sales tools to shorten sales cycles (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Salesloft, Fireflies, Decktopus, etc.)
Familiarity with no-code platforms or API-driven integration sales
Technical fluency: you can talk APIs, automations, and data flows (with support from pre-sales/engineering)
We’re on the lookout for employees who are fueled by innovation, thrive on collaboration, and are committed to seeing our clients succeed in their own businesses thus demonstrating the value of our products and services. You'll embody the qualities of a self-starter, possess an insatiable curiosity, and relish the opportunity to tackle new challenges head-on as we push the boundaries in the realm of AI-driven ad tech automation.
